Restaurateur/chef Marilyn Schlossbach is hosting a cooking demonstration, “Cooking with Marilyn and Friends,” at Langosta Lounge, 1000 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park to benefit a local nonprofit organization. 6 PM cocktail reception, followed by the class, and dinner; $60. The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities is sponsoring a Cape May Wine Weekend, which will include a four-course Wine Tasting Dinner at the Washington Inn, 801 Washington St, on Friday evening; a Winery Cellar Tour and Tasting at Cape May Winery at 3 PM on Saturday; and a Wine School class at 1 PM on Sunday at the Washington Inn.
