An Around-The-World wine tasting event will be held at the Bernards Inn, 27 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville. Guests can sample over 60 wines, which have been specially selected by wine director and sommelier Terri Baldwin, from some of the most celebrated wine regions in the world. Taste 150-plus wines from all over the world along with passed hors d’oeuvres, cheeses, breads, pasta dishes and dessert at the Sixth Annual New Jersey Spring Wine Festival, which will be held at the Hilton Short Hills, 41 John F. Perona Farms, 350 Andover-Sparta Road, Andover will host “A Taste of Talent” on behalf of Project Self-Sufficiency, which provides programs for low-income families in northwestern New Jersey. There will be more than 30 chefs offering samplings of their signature dishes, from hors d’oeuvres to desserts and there will be a cooking demonstration by Perona Farms owner and executive chef Kirk Avondoglio. 6:30 PM; $200.
