FRIDAY MAY 31 TO SUNDAY, JUNE 2

Michael Arnone’s Crawfish Fest will be held at Sussex County Fairgrounds, 37 Plains Road, Augusta, featuring music, food, crafts, and camping. Some menu items, which are $10 or under, include boiled crawfish, crawfish etouffee, crawfish pie, jambalaya, grilled alligator sausage and many more New Orleans dishes. SATURDAY, JUNE 1
A Food Truck Festival, A moving Culinary Event with music and dancing will be held at 14 Holland Brook Road, Whitehouse Station to benefit Mane Stream, a non-profit charitable organization, whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with physical, developmental, emotional and medical challenges through equine assisted activities. 6:30 PM: $150. SATURDAY JUNE 1 AND SUNDAY, JUNE 2
The Montclair Food & Wine Festival, will be held on June 1 and 2 at the Women’s Club, 200 Cooper Ave, Upper Montclair with a portion of the proceeds going to a scholarship fund and two hospitals. A Grand Tasting on June 1 will offer tastings and wines; 7 to 10 PM, $95; VIP, 6 PM, $120. On June 2, a special six-course wine pairing gala dinner will be presented by the following chefs: Michael Carrino (Pig & Prince); Ariane Duarte (CulinAriane); Ryan DePersio (Fascino, Bar Cara and NICO Kitchen + Bar; Mitchell Altholz (Highlawn Pavilion); Francesco Palmieri (Orange Squirrel); and Zod Arifai (Blu, Next Door, and Daryl). Sharon Sevrens, owner of Amanti Vino in Montclair, will pair the wines and give an explanation on the pairings. 5 to 10 PM; $165; table of ten $150 per person. TUESDAY, JUNE 4

A five-course meal created by chef Patrick Yves Pierre-Jerome will be held at St James Episcopal Church, 581 Valley Road, Montclair.
