Joel David Liscio is the new General Manager and Sommelier at Bin 14, 1314 Washington St, Hoboken (201-963-9463). Previously Liscio was a consultant to Grove Square restaurant in Jersey City and before that sommelier at Spuntino’s Wine Bar and Italian Tapas in Clifton.
Chef Chris Tarta, owner of Bella Campania in Hillsdale, has opened Due (two in Italian) at 18 East Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood (201-857-3232); BYO.
