THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 TO SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8
A Gastronomic Experience will be held at the Count Basie Theatre, 99 Monmouth St, Red Bank with celebrity chefs, tastings, films, music and a food truck court (Saturday and Sunday). September 5, features Ina Garten; September 6, Anne Burrell; and September 7, Joe Bastianich with special guest Victor Rallo. A meet-and-greet book signing with Giada De Laurentiis, celebrity chef and author of the new children’s book series Recipe for Adventure will be held Wegmans Bridgewater, 724 Rt 202 S, Bridgewater; 6 to 8 PM. SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8
A seven-course wine pairing dinner with passed appetizers, featuring locally produced food, will be held at Alba Vineyard and Winery, 269 Rt 627, Milford to benefit the Foodshed Alliance. 4 PM; $125. Reservations: 908-362-7967.

The Seafood in Seaside Festival will be held on Grant Avenue, Seaside Heights with seafood dishes from local restaurants and musical entertainment; 10 AM to 7 PM.
