Chefs on the Move

Rosie has the latest news on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Johnny Arango is the chef/owner of Casserole Bistro, 377 Broad St, Bloomfield (973-566-0190); BYO.

Grace Crossman is the executive chef at Pascal & Sabine, a French brasserie that has opened at 601 Bangs Ave, Asbury Park (732-774-3395).

Paul Holzheimer

Jan Larsen,
a hospitality-industry veteran, whose career spans more than 40 years with the Hilton brand, has been appointed general manager of the Hilton Short Hills, 41 JFK Parkway, Short Hills, (973-379-0100). Larsen was previously general manager of the Millenium Hilton in lower Manhattan.

Anthony Mazzucca, formerly the chef at Val’s Tavern in Rumson, is now at Cravin Haven, 560 River Road, Fair Haven (732-747-5677).
