JOCKEY HOLLW BAR & KITCHEN
All the venues at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen, the 1917 Vail Mansion at 110 South St, Morristown, are now open. The Oyster & Wine Bar and The Vail Bar opened in October. The Rathskeller launched in November as private event space and for a la carte dining when needed, and now the upstairs fine dining area called The Dining Room at Jockey Hollow is serving guests. The pre-fixe menu offers four courses for $72 (wine pairing $55, reserve $85) and six courses for $108 (wine pairing $70, reserve $105). The menu, which will change daily based on seasonal ingredients, is divided into four sections: The Sea, The Garden, The Pasture and The Sweets. Kevin Sippel is the executive chef.
