HEIRLOOM KITCHEN, OLD BRIDGE
Along with selling unusual and established kitchenware, the mother and daughter team, Judy Rosenblum and Neilly Robinson owners of Heirloom Kitchen located at 3853 Rt 516, Old Bridge (732-727-9444), offer hands-on cooking classes for everyone from beginners to professional chefs. Some upcoming classes are: Taco Party on April 23; Couples Night: Roasted Chicken on April 26; Homemade Pasta Class with Spring Sauces (Peas, Asparagus, Artichokes) on May 7 and A Rustic Evening with Steve Botta of Osteria Cucina Rustica & Brando’s Citi Cucina on May 8. There will also be An Afternoon with The Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain cooking class and book signing on May 17. COOKING CLASSES AT ORANGE & OLIVE

Orange & Olive Caterers and Chef’s Table, 398 Central Ave, Jersey City, will offer cooking classes and the next one is Wednesday, April 16. Executive chef/owner Sam Fertik will teach a four-course spring grilling class for $75, plus service charge. The interactive class will have different groups preparing different parts of the meal and everyone will eat communally when finished. The class is BYO but Orange & Olive will provide the non-alcoholic accompaniments. Reservations: 866-247-2520

CASTELLO MONACI WINE DINNER

GARLIC WEEK AT THE TROPICANA, ATLANTIC CITY

Have a stinking good time at the Tropicana, 2831 Boardwalk, Atlantic City (609-340-4000), as they will be celebrating Garlic Week at their restaurants and bars offering special garlic-infused meals to keep the vampires away.

PIZZA, CHOCOLATE, BEER & NEETLES
Locally sourced pizza, beer, wine & chocolates for both vegetarians and omnivores will be served at a sustainable Food & Cocktail hour to benefit Slow Food Northern New Jersey. This event will be held at Razza, 275 Grove St, Jersey City, where chef Dan will make pizza made with nettles foraged by Tama Matsuoka Wong, author of Foraged Flavor: Finding Fabulous Ingredients in Your Backyard or Farmer’s Market, and owner of Meadows and More in Flemington. Other pizza will be available as well. Diane Pinder of Donna & Company will be preparing an assortment of chocolates and caramels. 5:30 to 7:30 PM; $25. Tickets at the event website.

LOST DISTILLERY SCOTCH DINNER
The Lost Distillery Scotch Dinner will be held at The Iron Room at Atlantic City Bottle Company, 648 N Albany Ave, Atlantic City. 7 to 9 PM; $75. Reservations: 609-348-6400.

SILVER OAK WINE DINNER

DINING OUT ON EASTER
The following restaurants will be open on Easter Sunday April 20

An Easter Sunday brunch buffet will be served at 3Forty Grill, 340 Sinatra Drive, Hoboken. 11 AM to 3 PM; $40. Reservations: 201-217-3406.

A Grand Easter buffet in the ballroom from 10 AM to 3:30 PM or a three-course, prix-fixe menu in the dining room from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM will be available at The Bernards Inn, 27 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville. The Easter bunny will also be visiting on Easter Sunday. Reservations: 908-766-0002.

Diners can feast at a brunch buffet from 11 AM to 3 PM for $35 (children ages 3 to 12, $15) or a three-course, prix-fixe dinner from 4 to 8 PM for $35; (children $15) at Bibi’z, 284 Center Ave, Westwood (201-722-8600). Optional unlimited brunch cocktails for $18 and dinner wine pairing for $20 available.

Blue Morel, 2 Whippany Road, Morristown, will be offering a three-course, prix-fixe menu from noon to 9 PM for $59 ($29 for children under 12 years old), featuring multiple menu choices. Reservations: 973-451-2619.

Blue Point Grill, 258 Nassau St, Princeton, will open at 1 PM on Easter with their full dinner menu, plus specials. Reservations: 609-921-1211.

There will be two dining choices at Braddock’s, 39 S. Main St, Medford, on Easter. A brunch buffet will be served from 10 AM to 3 PM; $32.95; children under 12, $14.95. From 1 to 6 PM, a four-course dinner will be offered for $47.95. Reservations: 609-654-1604.

The Brothers Moon, 7 W Broad St, Hopewell, will have an prix-fixe Easter brunch from 10 AM to 2 PM and dinner from 4 to 8 PM from the a la carte menu; BYO. Reservations: 609-333-1330.

The Capital Grill, Garden State Plaza, Paramus, will celebrate Easter Sunday with a special prix-fixe brunch for $49; children $18. Reservations: 201-845-7040.

Chakra Restaurant, W 144 Rt 4, Paramus, will celebrate Easter Sunday from noon to 5 PM with a special three-course, prix-fixe menu for $34 with an a la carte menu for children. Reservations: 201-556-1530.

Easter Brunch buffet will be held at the Diamond Ballroom at Minerals Resort & Spa (Route 94 & 2 Chamonix Drive, Vernon, 855-977-6473) from 11 AM to 3 PM; $38.95; $16.95 for children 4-11; kids under 3 free.

Emerald Ballroom at the Grand Cascades Lodge (1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, 973-827-5996 ext 3) will host an Easter Brunch buffet from 11 AM to 3 PM; $44; $20 for children; kids under 3 free. The David Aaron Trio will accompany brunch with live jazz.

Restaurant Latour (1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, 973-827-5996 ext. 3) will serve a brunch menu from 11AM to the last seating at 2:30 PM; $75.

Springs Bistro, 3 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg at Grand Cascades Lodge will offer an Italian-themed four-course, prix-fixe Easter menu on April 19 and April 20 for $55; $80 with wine pairing. The a la carte menu will also be available. Reservations 973-827-5996 ext. 3.

Chef/owner Dennis Foy of D’Floret, 18 S Main Stm Lambertville, will be serving Easter Brunch ($25) from noon to 3 PM and dinner from 5 PM. The patio will also be open. Reservations: 609-397-7400; BYO.

The Gables
, 212 Centre St, Beach Haven, will be offering a four-course Easter Sunday dinner from 11:30 AM to 7 PM with a choice of entrée and a dessert table; $55. Reservations: 609-492-3553.

Haven, 2 Main St (GPS 45 River Road) Edgewater Harbor, Edgewater (201-943-1900), will host an Easter Sunday Brunch buffet from 11 AM to 3 PM; $40 or $50 with two Mimosas, two Bellinis or two Bloody Marys.

High Street Grill
, 64 High St, Mount Holly, has two menus on Easter that include an all-you-can-eat buffet area as well as made-to-order items from 10 AM to 2 PM; 1 to 3 PM; $30. Reservations: 609-265-9199.

Legal Seafoods at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus (201-843-8483) and The Mall at Short Hills (973-467-0089) will be open on Easter.

Lu Nello, 182 Stevens Ave, Cedar Grove, will be taking reservations from 1 to 6 PM on Easter Sunday. Reservations: 973-837-1660.

Morris Tap & Grill, 500 Rt 10 West, Randolph (973-891-1776), will serve an Easter Brunch from noon to 3 PM and dinner buffet from 3 PM; $32; children ages 3 to 12, $15; unlimited Bloody Marys and Mimosas $15.

Park West Tavern, 30 Oak St, Ridgewood, will be serving a brunch buffet from 10:30 AM to 3 PM for $28, which will include a Viennese table. Children 12 or younger pay their age and complimentary champagne mimosas will be served throughout the meal. Reservations: 201-445-5400.
