HALF-PRICED WINE TUESDAYS AT THE RYLAND INN
On Tuesdays, the sommelier at the Ryland Inn, 115 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse Station will feature a list of half-priced bottles of wine, which will be available from 5 PM. NJ BEER & FOOD FESTIVAL

Food and brews will be featured at The NJ Beer & Food Festival that will be held at Crystal Springs Resort, Hamburg on June 13 and June 14. Some highlights of the weekend include:
• On Friday, June 13, a NJ Chefs & Brews Reception from 8 to 11 PM; $75 per person (price increases to $85 after 6/1). Participating chefs include Michael Carrino (Pig & Prince Restaurant & Gastrolounge), Eric Levine (Morris Tap & Grill), chef Carlo Carbonara (Bottagra), Andrew Rodriguez (Ho Ho Kus Inn) and chef John Greely (Crystal Springs Resort), to be held at the Grand Rotunda at Crystal Springs Country Club. Dress code: casual.

• On Saturday June 14 a Beer & BBQ Fest will be held from 3 to 7 PM: $75 (prices increases to $85 after 6/1/14) Held on the 9th hole of Cascades Golf Course, guests will enjoy over 120 varieties of unlimited brews and BBQ foods like chicken drumsticks, pulled pork, German bratwurst, spit-roasted Berkshire pork legs, German potato salad, cornbread and homemade coleslaw, and live entertainment.

INDEBLUE IN COLLINGSWOOD NOW SERVING BRUNCH

Chef/owner Rakesh Ramola has begun serving brunch on Sundays from 11 AM to 3 PM at Indeblue, an Indian restaurant located at 619 Collings Ave, Collingswood. “For our new menu, we’re adding an Indian spin to the classic brunch dishes,” wrote chef Ramola. Dishes include: vegetable samosa chaat, spiced-potato turnovers with chickpeas, yogurt, tamarind date and cilantro mint chutney; masala omelet French toast prepared with challah bread and served with a mango and wine compote, cinnamon cream cheese and a side of cardamom maple syrup; masala omelet with raiwala potatoes, maple-soaked bacon, baby butter naan and tomato chutney; spicy bacon-egg wrap with garam masala bacon, caramelized onions, tomatoes, spiced eggs, pan-seared paratha, sweet chili and a side of masala fries; and chicken tikka wrap, with tandoori spiced chicken, English cucumber, tomato, tamarind aioli, pan-seared paratha and a side of spicy masala fries. Brunch can be enjoyed a la carte or as a three-course, prix-fixe menu for $20 per person, which includes a choice of soup or salad, one beginning and one entrée or small plate, along with a choice of coffee, orange juice, mango lassi or chai tea.
