The Hearthstone Grill and Small Batch Brewery, 306 Gatzmer Ave, Jamesburg, will feature cut to size NY strips, boneless rib-eyes and filet mignon on Father’s Day. Servers will bring a loin to the table, where guests choose the exact size steak they want.
