CHEF BRIAN KIDDIE
Brian Kiddie is the chef/owner of Allure Oyster Bar and Grill, 601 Union Ave, Brielle (732-528-4350). After finishing his education at the CIA, chef Kiddie worked at the White House under executive chef Walter Scheib and cooked for Madeline Albright, Donald Rumsfeld, Tony Blair, President Clinton and President George W. Bush as well as other dignitaries. He previously worked as executive chef at the American Hotel in Freehold.

CHEFS MICHAEL PEREIRA AND REGGIE BROWN

Michael Pereira is the executive chef at Roots Steakhouse at 17 Chestnut St, Ridgewood (201-444-1922). He was previously at Roots in Morristown. Chef de cuisine is Reggie Brown, who also relocated from Morristown. The menu is exactly the same as the Morristown and Summit locations.
