Eric LeVine is the executive chef at Paragon Tap & Table, opening September 10 at 77 Central Avenue, Clark (973-891-1776). He will also remain executive chef at Morris Tap & Grill in Randolph.

Michael Raeter and Brian Kaden are the chefs at Iron Street Grill, a casual restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch at the Streets of Chester Shopping Center, 270 Rt 206 S, Chester (908-955-7882); BYO.
