About Peter H. DeNoble

Dr. Peter DeNoble is the president and CEO of Modern Orthopaedics of New Jersey, a premier orthopaedic surgery practice in Paramus, Wayne, and Parsippany. He is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in hand, elbow, and shoulder conditions. In practice for 12 years, Dr. DeNoble is a trusted resource for his colleagues and the community at large. He enjoys treating patients from high-level athletes to weekend warriors, and both adults and kids. He also serves as a clinical assistant professor at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

In the spring of 2023, Modern Orthopaedics expanded its practice to a brand-new building in Paramus, formerly the Paramus Fabric Center, located directly across from IKEA on Route 17 North. Modern Orthopaedics prides itself on its patient experience, and Dr. DeNoble is excited for Bergen County patients to experience this difference.

In his free time, Dr. DeNoble enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and going to the gym with his family, so he understands how important physical fitness and pain-free movement are to living a happy life. Musculoskeletal pain can severely impair the enjoyment of these activities and can even prevent basic functionality in life. Dr. DeNoble takes great pride in guiding his patients through challenging times and getting them back to their sports, hobbies, jobs, and other life activities that make them feel whole.

Dr. DeNoble is highly skilled in the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques of the upper extremity. He commonly performs procedures such as arthroscopic shoulder stabilization surgeries; arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs; wrist, thumb, and finger ligament repairs; tendon repairs; and carpal tunnel releases.
