HELP US FIGHT FOOD ALLERGIES!More than 12 million Americans have food allergies, and 3 million of them are children (nearyly 85,000 from New Jersey). It is more important than ever to find a cure. Severe reactions result in more than 30,000 trips to emergency rooms and an estimated 150 to 200 deaths each year in the United States.Please join us on September 7, 2008 as we Walk for Food Allergy: Moving Toward a Cure! The Walk takes place in Long Branch, NJ at the Great Lawn just north of Pier Village. Post-walk activities include performances by mr. RAY (www.mrray.com) and Rockit! For Kids (www.rockitforkids.org). Frank Dicopoulos of CBS's "Guiding Light" is emcee for the event and Tim McLoone of McLoone's restaurants is the Honorary Chair.
