Macculloch Hall Historical Museum has opened an exciting new exhibit, The Original Thomas Nast, which includes more than fifteen original works by Thomas Nast. A generous loan by a Nast descendant of original artwork has allowed the Museum to showcase a variety of Nast’s works—from an original oil painting to a copper engraving plate. These original pieces of artwork, created by Nast in the latter half of the 19th century, have been notoriously difficult to locate, let alone seen, which makes this new exhibit particularly unique.
