Featuring Francine Segan, noted food historian and author of "The Philosopher’s Kitchen". The evening will begin with Ms. Segan’s engaging discourse on the feasts, dining customs and epicurean myths of Ancient Greece, and the philosopher’s writings on food and wine. Afterward, you’ll taste an extraordinary collection of fine wines and sumptuous small plates inspired by recipes from Ancient Greece and Rome, prepared by The Park Avenue Club’s Executive Chef, Arnold Kruck.
