Hours:

Price: $$

Style:
New American cuisine with a Middle-Eastern flair.

Don’t Miss:
…the figs!! They’re featured all over the menu. Try the fig and stilton cheese appetizer for a tasty combination of sweet, salty, and creamy. It’s served with sliced pear, fig marmalade, and sliced crispy bread ($11). Another delicious starter is the eggplant platter, which includes Mediterranean-style marinated eggplant and Middle Eastern baba ghanoush, served with toasted crostini and sun-dried tomatoes ($10). If you’re deciding between the two fish entrees, definitely go with the sushi-grade yellow fin tuna, instead of the salmon. It’s served over mango peach chardonnay salsa and topped with grilled asparagus, drizzled with balsamic reduction ($27).

Heads Up: Olive & Fig has an abundance of great outdoor patio seating that’s usable even in cooler months, with an enclosure.

The Scoop:
Chef Moe brings his international flair for food from his native Egypt. Before settling in bucolic Flemington, he spent time cooking in California and New York.
