Don’t Miss: The pad prik khing ($16.95) is a shrimp-and-chicken dish sautéed with long green beans, onions and bell peppers in chef’s special curry sauce. Vegetarians will love jay panang ($10.95), a veggie duck substitute simmered in lime leaves and spicy panang curry. Craving noodles? Thai Kitchen has you covered with entrées like authentic pad Thai (starting at $7.95) and lard nar talay ($12.95), a combination of shrimp, squid and crab on a bed of crispy egg noodles smothered in gravy.
Heads Up: Don’t skimp on the fabulous appetizers, including pla muk yang ($7.75), barbecue squid swimming in spicy sauce and crushed peanuts, and Thai Kitchen’s fine egg rolls ($4.95).
