Don’t Miss:
The pizza. No matter the pie—Vic’s offers 10-, 12- and 14-inch sizes—the sauce and dough are homemade. Prices range from $6.85 for a 10-inch cheese to $13.05 for a 14-inch cheese with sausage and green peppers. There is an additional fee for extra toppings. For bigger appetites, the chicken parmigiana ($14.75) and sausage cacciatore ($13.50) entrées are sure to satisfy. Entrées are served with a salad and your choice of a side of spaghetti or french fries and a vegetable.

Heads Up: All pizzas are thin-crust style, but deep-dish fans can request a thick crust for an additional $1.25.

The Scoop: Founder Vittorio “Vic” Giunco passed away in 1967, but his authentic Italian recipes live on. His granddaughter, Ava Dollive, along with her husband, Edward, and their children now manage this Bradley Beach staple.
