Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:30 am–1 am; Sat, 5 pm–1 am; Sun, 3 pm–1 am.

Price: $$

Style: Wood paneling adds warmth to tiled floors and stone-clad columns in the lively bar area, which is outfitted with pub tables and comfy, high-backed banquettes. Behind the bar, oversized black-and-white photographs of Hollywood icons are a nice touch that makes the room seem more club than pub. Oh, and that guy with Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin—the one that doesn’t look familiar—that’s former owner Parrotta Domenico, who was superimposed in.

Don’t Miss: Start with the prime-rib sliders ($10), served with au jus and horseradish sauce and french fries, if you’re really hungry. Or, the tenderloin pizza ($11) that’s topped with beef, mashed potatoes, and caramelized onions. The salad bar ($12.95 as an entrée, or included with all main courses) is not a mammoth spread, but the selection is ideal to complement a meal without tempting you to overload. Along with salad greens, there are pesto mushrooms, beets, parboiled asparagus, portobello mushrooms, cheeses, and breads. Steak is the main event here, and is sold by the ounce—you can even place your order at a window to the kitchen and watch while your beef is sliced. Seafood offerings include shrimp scampi ($24.95) appropriately served in a bath of butter, Atlantic swordfish ($27.95), and Scottish salmon ($24.95).

Head’s Up: Choose a bottle from the 450-label wine list to complement your meal.

The Scoop: Happy hour runs Monday through Friday, noon until 7 pm, offering drink specials such as $5 martinis. At the bar, appetizers are half-priced from 4 to 7 pm.
