Alfalfa, Hoboken

One of Hoboken’s beloved fast-casual eateries has opened another location downtown. Alfalfa—a health- and balance-focused eatery that serves everything from salads and wraps to donuts and coffee—got its start in 2018 while selling food at the Hoboken Farmers’ Market; its first space opened a year later. There’s also a Jersey City location (and a Princeton one on the way).
