Anthony Pino Opening Porter Collins in Hoboken

The restaurant will feature chef Pino's inventive American cuisine in an expansive, stylish, mid-century modern space.

This January, chef Anthony Pino, owner of Anthony David’s and Bin 14, both in Hoboken, will  open Porter Collins at 1426 Willow Avenue & 15th Street, Hoboken. The restaurant will feature chef Pino’s inventive American cuisine in an expansive, stylish, mid-century modern space, featuring two cocktail bars, a raw bar and a secluded private events room.

Matt Martin is the pit master at the newly opened Texas-style restaurant, More Than Q BBQ Company, 13 Klines Court, Lambertville (609-773-0072); BYO.

DAVID VIANA
Dave Viana who was previously executive chef at Barrio Costero in Asbury Park has joined the team at Heirloom Kitchen in Old Bridge.
