Ingredients:
½ oz. Vodka infused with candy cane and peppermint*
1 ½ oz. Baileys Irish cream
¼ oz. Amaretto
¼ oz. Frangelica
Preparation:
To prep the glass: Zest one candy cane into a powder. Dip shot glass rim into vodka and then coat with candy cane powder. Add crushed candy cane to bottom of glass.
Pour ½ ounce of vodka into the glass. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the vodka.
*To infuse the vodka: Crush three candy canes and insert into one-liter of grain vodka (we use Reyka Swedish Vodka). Add four springs of fresh peppermint. Let sit overnight.
