David Drake is no longer at Light Horse Tavern and Greene Hook in Jersey City. Joe Beninato has taken over as head chef of Greene Hook and owner Bill Gray is currently acting as head chef at Light Horse until a new candidate is found.
PAUL BAZZINI
Paul Bazzini, formerly of Bazzini in Ridgewood and Jersey Boys Grill in New Milford, is the chef at Hearth & Tap, an Irish steakhouse, at 125 N Kinderkamack Road, Montvale (201-307-6300).
JOHN PILIOURAS
John Piliouras, formerly executive chef at Orama, is the new pastry chef at Sofia, Englewood.
