Chef Todd Villani, previous owner of Terre a Terre in Carlstadt, is the Director of Culinary Operations at Hudson Greene Market, 77 Hudson Street, Jersey City (201-434-2080). The market offers a large assortment of groceries along with a food station with breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Catering is also available and most ingredients used are organic certified.
Anthony Assenzio, a CIA graduate, is the executive chef of Mitchell’s Fish Market Seafood Restaurant & Bar, 541 River Road, Edgewater (201-840-9311). Most recently, Assenzio was executive chef at Bobby Van’s Steakhouse where he was able to implement new menu items.
