This French-inspired café and lounge opened its second location, the first being in Manhattan’s Financial District. Owner Sebastien Muller and French Chef Anthony Matteu offer bakery items (crepes, scones, turnovers), sandwiches (avocado toast, quiches), desserts (chocolate mousse, key lime pie) and more. Drinks include hot and iced coffee, espressos, lattes, teas, fresh juices and protein shakes. Open Monday-Friday 7:30 am-8 pm and Saturday-Sunday 8:30 am-6 pm.

Crave Nature’s Eatery, Lawrenceville
Opening Friday, March 25, for breakfast and lunch. Chef Elizabeth Martini features healthy breakfast and lunch bowls with sides and toppings such as roasted eggplant, mushrooms, sweet potato noodles, spicy chickpeas and more. The space can seat more than 50 and will include a window bar and outdoor dining. Open Tuesday-Sunday.

Laurea Restaurant, Princeton
Located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel, the new Italian-style restaurant serves ricotta pancakes and egg and avocado toast, and its full bar is open for brunch. The dinner menu offers brick-oven pizza, salads, sandwiches, appetizers and main dishes including pastas, chicken and fish. Open daily for breakfast, with dinner and bar open Tuesday-Saturday.

Kebabs & Kurries, Fairfield
The newest restaurant from the Fine Dining Indian Group features samosas, curries, Indian-inspired sandwiches, fresh Naan and more. Indian desserts include Ras Malai (made with milk, sugar, cream and saffron mixture), Gulab Jamun (deep fried milk dumplings) and assorted fruit pastries. Open daily at 10:30 am.
