Geno’s Steaks, Cherry Hill
The Philly cheesesteak staple has crossed the river, opening an e-restaurant for delivery and pickup only in Cherry Hill’s FoodieHall. Sandwich options include pizza steak and slow-cooked roast pork. For every meal purchased at FoodieHall, one meal is donated to Feeding America.

Cafe La De Da Concession, Highlands
The Highlands café is opening a concession stand at the Seastreak Ferry terminal on December 8. The eatery offers breakfast foods, sandwiches, baked goods and gourmet coffee, including vegan, keto, dairy-free and gluten-free options. Guests can pre-order breakfast, lunch and dinner via a QR-code system. The café is also planning to open another concession at the Seastreak Ferry terminal in Belford.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Jersey City
Kura Sushi has opened its second Garden State location at Newport Tower in Jersey City. The restaurant is known for its revolving sushi bar and menu of more than 140 dishes. Each booth has a tablet for ordering; dishes are then sent via conveyor belt directly to the table. In addition to sushi, the menu also includes udon and soup, ramen, side dishes, ice cream and more. Most sushi plates are $3.70 each.

At the end of the year, Bischoff’s will be permanently closing its doors. The confectionery is known for its ice cream, specialty chocolates and lunch menu. Bischoff’s initially opened in New York City before moving to Teaneck in 1934. Owner Steve Mather announced that the last day of business is set for December 31.
