Holiday Champagne Tastings

On Wednesday, December 14, The Ho-Ho-Kus Inn, One East Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus, will be hosting a Holiday Champagne Tasting with a small plate with each course. The following menu will be presented:

Fried Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter, Pine Nuts, Sage

Poached Egg with Smoked Salmon, Parmesan Crisp, Toast
(Veuve du Vernay Brut NV)

Pan-Seared Duck and Beet Risotto

Goat Cheese Ice Cream and Roasted Cherries
(Canella Spumante Brut Rose 2013)

Springs Bistro at Crystal Springs Resort, 3 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, is hosting a special Glenfiddich Dinner featuring canapés and cocktails with live music followed by a four-course dinner paired with four different single malts.
