The Farm Cooking School has relocated to a larger space at Gravity Hill Farms, 67 Pleasant Valley Road, Titusville. The space will also include a Sunday organic Farm Market from 10 to 3 PM run by Roots to River Farm.
The Farm Cooking School offers cooking classes taught by chefs Ian Knauer and Shelley Wiseman as well as several guest teachers. Classes include everything from cheese making to French sauces to the basics of bread making. For those more interested in eating than cooking, they offer farm-to-table dinners once or twice a month and sell fresh food on weekends to market goers. Read about the dinner we had last year here.
