Jersey-Infused Sushi Spot Heading to Hoboken; Other Dining News

Sushi by Bou, Hoboken

The second Jersey location of this omakase concept is opening inside the city’s W Hotel. Inspired by ’90s hip-hop artists from New Jersey, the restaurant is covered with hand-drawn and watercolor graffiti murals. Guests can enjoy craft cocktails (including imported sake) while sushi chefs guide them through their meals. Options include a 30-minute 12-course meal ($60) or a one-hour 17-course meal ($100). Both feature salmon, scallops, barbecued eel and more.

Ani Ramen House, Princeton

Montclair Hospitality Group, which recently teamed up with South + Pine’s Leia Gaccione, is opening its ninth Ani Ramen this week in Princeton. Serving signature craft ramen with noodles from Sun Noodle company, the restaurant also offers bao buns, a new brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays, and a Mochinut walk-up kiosk featuring Korean rice flour hot dogs and donuts. The Princeton location will be open seven days a week with both to-go and delivery options.

Good Dog Bar, Atlantic City

Dog lovers, rejoice! This Philadelphia bar is making its way to the Jersey Shore in March. In addition to outdoor space and water bowls for furry friends, the bar will offer pizza, wings, empanadas, sandwiches and more. Follow the AC location on Instagram for more opening updates.

Bomb Burger, Bergenfield

Taking over the space formerly occupied by BurgerIM in Foster Village, Bomb Burger in Bergenfield is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The joint features burgers with toppings galore, including the loaded burger with house sauce, bacon, egg, avocado, sautéed mushrooms and onions, tomato, lettuce and cheddar cheese. The menu also offers chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, salads, bowls and family burger boxes for sharing.
