As we prepare to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, the makers of Agavero, a tequila liqueur, suggest the following recipe. (Agavero, previously sold only in Mexico, is now available locally.)
Makes one cocktail
1½ oz. Agavero
2 oz. passion-fruit juice
2 oz. chilled champagne
Splash of grenadine
1 fresh strawberry
Pour tequila, passion-fruit juice, and champagne into glass flute. Top with grenadine and whole strawberry.
