Kirshenbaum Baking Co., Westfield
Pastry chef Uyen Kirshenbaum is launching a new French pâtisserie–inspired bakery this month. The menu includes artisan sandwiches, hearth-baked bread, and cakes and pies by the slice. Coffee is being sourced from Boxwood Coffee Roasters. The grand opening ceremony is set for September 28 at 10 am. The bake shop plans to open at 7:30 am Tuesday–Friday, and at 8 am on Sundays. It will be closed Mondays.

Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars, Atlantic City
Gordon Ramsay’s third restaurant in Atlantic City, named after his hit TV show, is officially open. Hell’s Kitchen began accepting reservations on September 2 (all guests must reserve their spot on OpenTable). The restaurant has 233 seats across three levels. Each table has a view of a kitchen that pulls style inspiration from Ramsay’s show. Executive chef Trent Garvey won Season 21 of Hell’s Kitchen, and his menu features famous items from the show.

Once Bitten Donuts, Red Bank
This specialty shop opened its second location in Red Bank this summer (the other is in Massapequa Park, New York). Milkshakes and ice cream donut sandwiches join the menu of donuts à la mode. Donut flavors include Key lime pie, cinnamon roll, hot fudge sundae, birthday cake, peanut butter and jelly, and more. Custom donuts and party trays are made to order. Open daily at 8 am.

Carnegie Diner & Cafe, Secaucus
The Midtown Manhattan staple has opened its newest location across the Hudson in Secaucus. Carnegie serves all-day breakfast, salads, burgers, pastas and more. The restaurant also has a full menu of plant-based dishes and a full bar with wine, beer and cocktails. Currently open daily, 7 am–midnight.
