Recipe: Ohhh Snap!

Ohhh Snap Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. Rittenhouse Bottled in Bond 100 proof rye
1/2 oz. Snap liqueur
1/2 oz. Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz. Ramazzotti Amaro
1/4 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 dashes Angostura bitters
5 dashes lapsang souchong tincture*

*For the lapsang souchong tea tincture:
1 cup tea
1 1/2 cups Everclear neutral grain spirit


Vacuum seal in a plastic bag, steep in hot water for about 15 minutes. Strain through mesh filter. Add caramelized sugar to taste.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir with ice, strain into a double rocks glass with a large ice cube, garnish with a lemon twist.
