Oktoberfest at Pig & Prince in Montclair

More than a dozen local and traditional Oktoberfest-style beers will be available.

OKTOBERFEST AT PIG & PRINCE, MONTCLAIR
On Saturday, September 24, Oktoberfest will be celebrated at Pig & Prince Restaurant, 1 Lackawanna Plaza, Montclair, with more than a dozen local and traditional Oktoberfest-style beers, 14 local vendors and live music all day long. PIG ROAST AND A WHOLE LOT MORE
On Saturday, October 1, a pig roast with good ole American sides will be held at The Farm Cooking School, GPS address 1925 Daniel Bray Highway (Rt 29), Stockton. As the pig roasts attendees will learn how to cook great side dishes in a demonstration cooking class, watch a pig butchering demonstration with butcher Bryan Mayer, create garden-inspired drinks and hang out on the farm. 2 to 7 PM; $125. RED BANK GUINNESS OYSTER FESTIVAL
On September 25 (rain date October 2), food and music will be featured at the Red Bank Guinness Oyster Festival, which will be held at the White Street parking lot, Red Bank; Noon to 7 PM. Along with Guinness and fresh oysters Red Bank’s favorite restaurants will be serving a variety of specialty menu items. Wine and lighter beers will also be available for purchase. Admission is $5.00 for anyone over age 10. The Red Bank Guinness Oyster Festival is a fundraiser for multiple Red Bank non-profit organizations. For more information visit the event website.
