Openings: The Lantham House to Replace Kitchen at Grove Station in Jersey City

American food will be featured, as well as seasonal cocktails and desserts. Plus, other openings and closings.

Replacing the former Kitchen at Grove Station, Jersey City is The Latham House, which should be opening soon at 299 Marin Boulevard (201-479-8432). Owned by husband-and-wife chef Daniel Latham and Kris Yettra, the menu will feature American food as well as seasonal cocktails and desserts. Chef Latham previously worked at Cornelia Street Café in New York while Yettra worked as a GM at Smith & Chang  in Jersey City.

OTHER NJ OPENINGS

Meat with no hormones or antibiotics are used at the newly opened BurgerFi, Harmon Meadow Plaza, 700 Plaza Drive, Secaucus (201-293-4129).

Glaze Artisan Donuts has a new location at 1055 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne (973-832-7742). There are also locations in Hackensack and New Milford.

Gourmet Expressions on Main Street in Lebanon has moved to the Hunterdon Hills Plaza, 1386 Rt. 22 W, Lebanon (908-840-4278); BYO.

Kibitz Room, a deli, has opened at 9315 Amherst Avenue, Margate City (609-823-0200). There is also a location in Cherry Hill.

Kimchi Mama, offering Korean BBQ, has opened at 7-09 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn (201-703-2905); BYO. Open daily from 10 AM.

Small plates and bubble tea are featured at Q Tea Tapas, 242 Main Street, Fort Lee (201-363-8833).

Tipsy Taco, 9401 Ventnor Avenue, Margate City (609-246-6586).
