Robert Austin Cho Opening Kimchi Smoke BBQ in Westwood

Chef/owner Robert Austin Cho will be opening Kimchi Smoke Barbecue, 301 Center Avenue, Westwood (201-497-6333) this week offering the same Southern-Korean menu as he did at his recently closed location in Bergenfield.

THOMAS DONOHOE
Chef Thomas Donohoe, previously from End of Elm in Morristown and Doris & Ed’s in the Highlands, can now be found at Esty Street, 86 Spring Valley Road, Park Ridge (201-307-1515). Donohoe trained with and was inspired by master chefs Thomas Keller of the French Laundry and Jonathan Waxman of Barbuto.

CARLOS RUIZ
Congratulations to Carlos Ruiz, director of spirits and mixology at Crystal Springs Resort, Hamburg who won second place in the Gin Mare Mediterranean Inspirations competition, held in Ibiza, Spain last month.

Mike Stollenwerk has opened Two Fish at 26 S Haddon Avenue, Haddonfield (856-428-3474); BYO. He is well known in Philadelphia for his stints at Little Fish, Fish, Fathom and 26 North.
