Russell & Bettes, previously known as What’s Your Beef, has opened at 21 West River Road, Rumson serving farm-to-table cuisine (732-842-6205). Menu items include: Coq Au Vin Blanc, Bouillabaisse Bette’s, The Russell & Bette’s Burger made with a blend of ground Kobe brisket and chuck and Lobster Pot Pie. Thursday night is Prime Rib night for $29 and a three-course early Blue Plate special is offered Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 5:45 for $25.
