The Addams Tavern in Westfield Is Anything but Creepy and Kooky

Harvest Restaurant Group—owners of Trap Rock Brewery (Berkeley Heights), Huntley Tavern (Summit), Roots Steakhouse (Summit, Morristown and Ridgewood), 3 West (Basking Ridge), Tabor Road Tavern (Morris Plains), Urban Table (Morris Plains and Basking Ridge) and Grato (Morris Plains)—have opened the Addams Tavern at 115 Elm Street, Westfield (908-232-3201). The restaurant features New American-inspired cooking and has wood-burning grills and mesquite-charcoal ovens. Open for lunch Monday through Friday, brunch Saturday and Sunday and dinner daily.

SQUARE ONE COMMUNITY EATERY
Square 1 Community Eatery, has opened at 283 St Paul’s Avenue, Jersey City, serving breakfast, lunch and coffee (201-386-8500). Their menu offers fresh, wholesome and natural ingredients served in a friendly and relaxing environment. Prix-fixe, pop-up dinners are planned for the future. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM.

OTHER NJ RESTAURANT OPENINGS
Acappella West, offering Northern Italian cuisine, has opened at 163 Old River Road, Edgewater (201-840-0163).

Flatbreads, burgers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts are offered at Bar Louie, 755 Rt 18, East Brunswick (732-353-2650).

Diesel & Duke, featuring burgers, has opened at 39 Glenridge Avenue, Montclair (973-744-0055).

Loui Loui, a chain restaurant from Massachusetts serving Cajun and Creole food, has opened at 210 Main Street, Fort Lee (201-461-7080); BYO. Open daily from 11:30.

Fish and chips, sandwiches and sides will be on the menu at the newly opened fast/casual restaurant, Oh My Cod at 103 Forrest Avenue, Montclair (973-744-7263).

Tutta Pesca, a fish market and seafood restaurant, has opened at 155 3rd Street, Hoboken (201-710-7727); BYO. Open daily from 11:30 AM.
