Almost Home General, a coffee shop using locally sourced and organic ingredients, opened its doors in mid-March. Indoor and outdoor seating are available. Breakfast and lunch menus feature Biscuits and Gravy, the Hot Biscuit Sandwich (sausage, egg, cheddar and honey), the Mezze Bowl (hummus, feta and marinated tomatoes served with pita chips) and more. Almost Home also offers a new “cereal latte” every week, so far inspired by Reese’s Puffs, Cookie Crisps and Fruity Pebbles.
