Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival

See musical acts, culinary demonstrations by local chefs, purchase beer paraphernalia and much more.

On Friday April 8 and Saturday April 9, beer lovers will have the opportunity to taste over 1,000 different beers from 150 breweries at the Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival, held at the Atlantic City Convention Center, 1 Miss America Way, Atlantic City. Plans are for musical acts, culinary demonstrations by local chefs, educational seminars and vendors selling beer related items much more. Three sessions are planned: April 8 from 8 PM to midnight; April 9 from noon to 4 PM; and 6 to 10 PM; $55 in advance; $60 at the door. A “Designated Driver” ticket is available at the door for $20. ATLANTIC CAPE COMMUNITY COLLEGE GALA
The 33rd annual Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala will be held at the Avalon Ballroom of Harrah’s Waterfront Conference Center, 777 Harrah’s Boulevard, Atlantic City. This year’s theme is “Mission: Possible,” a play on title “Mission: Impossible” as all gala proceeds will benefit student scholarships at the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College and Atlantic Cape Foundation operations.

Brothers Will and Jack Morey, of Morey’s Piers, in Wildwood will be honored and Steven Serano of Northfield, owner of Café Loren in Avalon and 1996 Academy of Culinary Arts graduate, is the 2016 Culinary Honoree.

Hors d’oeuvres prepared by students in the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape will be served as well as dishes from 40 of the region’s restaurants during a progressive dining experience. A Sharp Production, a nine-piece ensemble, will provide the music.
