The barbecue specialist, owned and operated by Mario Chape, has opened at 352 Palisade Avenue in Bogota. Open daily from 11 am to 7 pm, the BYO features brisket, ribs and pulled pork. Chape plans to use the food truck for parties and pop-ups. 201-707-9358
