Bistro d’Azur in South Orange Unveils New Vegan Menu

New Vegan Menu at Bistro D’Azur

South Orange

Chef Richard Krug is presenting a new vegan menu for summer. The menu will feature daily specials and change with the seasons. First courses include Roasted Beet Salad, Grilled Artichoke Hearts, Truffle Frites and Salad, Agave Glazed Baby Carrots and a Spinach and Mushroom Crostini. For entrées, indulge in Seared Foraged Mushrooms, Shakshuka, Grilled Spiced Eggplant, Spring Risotto (with peas, mushrooms, asparagus and Brussels sprouts) or Grilled Asparagus. Two courses, $59 per person; three courses, $69 per person.

Prime Rib Dinner & Half-Off Wines at Salt Creek Grille

Rumson • Sunday to Thursday

When ordering the two-course Prime Rib Dinner for $34 at Salt Creek Grille, guests will receive half off wines by the glass. There are more than 40 wines to choose from. The dinner starts with soup or salad, followed by Prime Rib paired with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Mount Holly Farmers Market

Mount Holly • Thursdays

Every Thursday through September 30, Mount Holly will host a farmers market, made possible by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, in the municipal lot at the intersection of Park Dr. and Commerce St. Peruse Jersey Fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, eggs, bread, pastries and other local goods while enjoying live entertainment, food trucks and more. 3–7 pm.

Live Entertainment at Bourré

Atlantic City • July 17

John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band will take the outdoor High Noon Beach Stage at Bourré. The band is headlining the Tony Mart reunion, in honor of the Somerset Point night club featured in the ’80s film Eddie and the Cruisers. Billy Walton, Jimmy Brogan and Destinee Monroe will open the show at 6:30 pm. Tickets, $30 per person, can be purchased online. During the performance, enjoy burgers, sandwiches, barbecue, seafood and more.
