Brian’s, 9 Klines Court, Lambertville (609-460-4148), has reopened with a fresh new look and menu, which includes halibut with uni butter and braised endive; beef short rib with mustard-herb crust and potato risotto; roasted guinea hen with truffled romaine; sea scallops with miso broth and roasted mushrooms; and beef tenderloin with asparagus and Robiola cheese potatoes; BYO.
MR CRABBY’S OPENS IN RANDOLPH
Mr Crabby’s Seafood House and Sports Bar, 399 Route 10 East, Randolph (973-343-7688). The restaurant serves a variety of market fresh seafood including a fresh raw bar and land fare. The bar, which is surrounded by large flat-screen HD TV’s, serves 16 draft beers and has a large craft beer selection. Executive chef is Denis Viera.
