American classics and comfort food are the theme of this new ghost kitchen from Osteria Morini and Nicoletta Pizzeria. Dishes are available for delivery via Caviar and DoorDash. Menu highlights include Butterfly Kitchen’s signature The Big Mother Clucker chicken sandwich (breaded chicken, garlic dill pickles and honey Dijonnaise), Classic Cheeseburger (with signature Butterfly Sauce), fried Apple Hand Pies and more.

Ani Ramen • New Brunswick
Montclair Hospitality Group has opened the seventh location of their popular ramen restaurant. The new spot will boast a beverage menu of beer, wine and Japanese spirits, including a Yuzu Sake Freeze and Shiso Cucumber Sour. The menu features Shoyu (kakuni pork belly, cabbage, black garlic oil) and Vegan Ramen (vegetable broth, shiitake mushroom, tofu, cabbage), as well as Bao Buns, Panko Shrimp and more. Open 4–12 pm.

Heights 27 Bar & Grill • Spring Lake
The former CJ’s Tavern reopened in June as a bar and grill restaurant. After learning the borough of Spring Lake was established in 1927, owners Brian LiCalsi and Bob DePetro adopted the number as a name. Guests can indulge in Lobster Rolls, the Big Mac Burger, Old School Clam Boat, Steaks and more. Open Sunday to Thursday, 10–12am; Friday to Saturday, 10–2 am.
