Paper Mill Playhouse’s outdoor dining series, Brookside Cabaret, returns to Carriage House Restaurant June 9. All summer long, Paper Mill veterans, Broadway stars and more will perform Wednesday to Saturday starting at 7:30 pm. Performers include Susan Speidel and Joe Regan, The Playbillies and Kyle Taylor Parker. Chef Jacques Marra will prepare upscale American cuisine for guests to enjoy. Sunday Supper Fundraiser

Neighborhood Beacon, an organization started in April 2020 to raise funds for those suffering from the effects of Covid-19, will hold a Sunday Supper Fundraiser via Zoom. The event will be hosted by chef George Faison and his wife, marketing and food professional Stephanie Faison. Proceeds will benefit towns with a Beacon program, including Summit, South Orange, Maplewood, Elizabeth, New Providence, Berkeley Heights and Long Hill Township. Guests will learn to prepare meals from the Beacon Cookbook. Register online and purchase tickets for a suggested donation of $25 per person. 5:30–7:00 pm.

Zoom Wine Dinner
June 18
Stage Left Wine Shop will present a Zoom Wine Dinner featuring standout summer wines at affordable prices. Fabio and Melissa Montoni will host, and a wine will be paired with each dish. The menu features Antipasti, Vegetable and Goat Cheese Terrine, Grilled Pork Chop with Pistachio-Mint Pesto, Almond Biscotti, and Zabaglione with Figs and Vintage Chestnut Honey.
