Chef David Viana Out at Restaurant He Opened

The Kitchen at Grove Station in Jersey City closes. Owners say they will reopen in 2016 with a different executive chef.

The Kitchen at Grove Station, a well-reviewed restaurant in Jersey City that executive chef David Viana opened early this year, has closed.

We are told that the owners plan to reopen it in 2016 under the same name but with a new kitchen staff and a new executive chef, replacing Viana.
