MICHAEL METZNER AT ENO TERRA, KINGSTON
Michael Metzner, a Johnson & Wales graduate, is the new executive chef at Eno Terra, 4484 Rt 27, Kingston (609-497-1777). Metzner previously worked at Giovanni’s Bistro and Bar in Berkeley Heights. He has also worked for Nicholas Harary of Nicholas in Red Bank, Dennis Foy at the Lawrenceville Inn and David Santos in New York City.
CHANGES AT VARKA, RAMSEY
George Georgiades, previously from Varka in Ramsey, will be opening Eons Greek Food For Life at 633 2nd Avenue, New York City (212-696-1234). Ubaldo Andres, who worked under chef Georgiades, has taken over the kitchen at Varka.
