Peter Larsen is no longer the executive chef at Haven Restaurant and Bar, Edgewater. He is currently opening a restaurant in New York City.
Ibrahim Sanz is the new executive chef of Haven Restaurant and Bar, 2 Main St (for GPS, put 45 River Road), Edgewater Harbor, Edgewater (201-943-1900). He was previously executive chef at Fire and Oak and Nero’s Grill.
Chef Kevin Sbraga, previously executive chef at Rat’s Restaurant in Hamilton, and winner of the seventh season of Bravo’s Top Chef, has opened his third restaurant in Philadelphia. Juniper Commons, a family-friendly American restaurant with a playful nod to the 1980s, is located at 521 S. Broad St, Philadelphia (215-735-1913). Sbraga also owns Sbraga and The Fat Ham in Philly.
