Gregg Freda, previously executive chef at Casa Dante, Jersey City, is the new chef at Calabria Restaurant Bar & Pizzeria, 588 S Livingston Ave, Livingston (973-992-8496).
Chef Edward Radich, formerly of Restaurant Associates, OX, and Marco & Pepe, has been named the new chef de Cuisine of Raval, 136 Newark Ave, Jersey City. An opening date is planned for January.
