FRENCH INSPIRED DINNER AT ESCAPE, MONTCLAIR
On Wednesday, June 17, chef Bryan Gregg, owner of Escape, 345 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair, will present a five-course, French-inspired dinner with chef Manuel Perez of Peacock Inn, chef Robert Ubhaus of soon-to-open Redux, chef Anthony Bucco of Restaurant Latour and chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra and Blue Morel. This dinner will benefit cancer research and treatment in New Jersey, a cause especially important to chef Gregg, a cancer survivor. The following menu will be presented: Niçoise de Thon (Tuna Niçoise) – chef Perez; Tartare de Boeuf (Beef Tartare) – chef Ubhaus; Truite Amandine (Trout Almondine) – chef Bucco; Navarin D’Agneau (Lamb Navarin) – chef Gregg; Charlotte Royale Aux Fraises (Strawberry Charlotte) – chef Ciszak. 7PM; $89 with 50% of the proceeds donated to the Carol G. FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS WELCOME THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER
From now and throughout the summer, The Bernards Inn, 27 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville; The Station, 45 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville; and Bella’s Burger Shack, 52 S. Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, are welcoming pooches and their people for outdoor dining.
